The holiday house published on this is not a
tourist , but a private home use holidays, rented and
made available by the owners and managed locally by
me to meet housing needs -only resort .
A terraced house located in Residence Sole Rosso a10
km from Olbia and a few less from the most beautiful
Italian beaches .
Facilities of the Holiday House
The apartment is delivered in perfect sanitary
conditions , fully furnished and equipped with gas
cooker, with everything you need for cooking and
eating , running hot and cold water ( not drinking water)
, electricity at 220 ( hidden) satellite fan fridge
with top freezer. The customer or tenant must bring
your own towels and beach towels for the bathroom.
Upon return of the house is the obligation of the
customer or lessee to wash the dishes , empty the
trash and replace any furniture moved during your stay.

The interior has a living-room with kitchen area , large
pantry, bathroom with shower, bedroom with double
bed
From the living area there is access to a loft double
bed
Pets must be reported and will be allowed only with
permission from the Owner . If they are accepted, the
master it is considered solely responsible for any
damage caused by the animal itself.

During the summer period from 25 June to 31 August
in the residence is on a rooftop pool. ( The dates of
opening and closing pool change from year to year
specify if interested)
The house has fantastic views in the green but we also
see the sea.
To reach the house is advisable to have the car (one
space is always at your disposal ) . To get to take the
highway 125 towards Costa Smeralda. At the
roundabout go left towards Arzachena - Palau .
Continue for approximately 5 miles and turn left when
you see the words ` Residence Red Sun` .
The place is truly unique for the views tranquility, and
the fact of being at sea, but always cheered by a gentle
breeze .

The customer or lessee at the time of delivery of the
house is required to check all the equipment and to
report any malfunctions or deficiencies to the owner
within 24 hours of delivery of the same , or any claim
received after the end of stay will not be taken into
account. Failures of routine maintenance , when not
caused by negligence or misuse by the customer will
not be charged and will be repaired according to the
availability of workers and the availability of materials .
